Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Deployment Solutions | Germany | Remote

What you'll do

• Set product strategy and roadmap, balancing customer value with engineering costs and technical constraints.
• Lead product positioning and launches, partnering with Product Marketing and working with customers, prospects, and field teams.
• Coordinate product development with Engineering, Technical Program Management, Security, Compliance, and Legal.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of technical B2B product management experience, or a technical background plus a demonstrated move into product ownership.
• Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools.
• Experience leading across teams without direct authority, with strong written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience selling to or building for government customers or other highly regulated industries; familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks or offerings.
• Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models, observability or data-intensive infrastructure products, reseller or cloud marketplace partners, or open source software.

Pay

EUR 124,571 - EUR 149,485 (base salary)
