Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Deployment Solutions | Ireland | Remote

What you'll do

• Set product vision and roadmap, balancing customer value with engineering cost and technical constraints.
• Lead product positioning and go-to-market work, including launches, competitive analysis, and enablement.
• Coordinate with engineering, customers, partners, and security, compliance, and legal teams on product delivery and commitments.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of technical B2B product management experience, or a technical background plus a demonstrated move into product ownership.
• Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools.
• Product and go-to-market judgment, cross-team leadership without direct authority, and strong written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience serving government or highly regulated industries; familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks or offerings.
• Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models, observability or data-intensive infrastructure, partners, or open source.

Pay

EUR 133,600 - EUR 160,320 (base salary)
