About the job
Lead technical strategy and delivery for Adaptive Telemetry systems that help users optimize metrics, logs, traces, and profiles stored in Grafana Cloud databases.
What you'll do
- Set architecture and technical direction; own reliability, performance, and cost for critical systems.
- Lead large cross-functional initiatives from planning and design through rollout and long-term operation; define reliability targets and lead incident response.
- Align stakeholders, mentor engineers, and improve observability, automation, and operational readiness.
