About the job
Supports the Legal team with customer commercial contracts, helping Sales and business teams move deals forward while managing routine legal risk.
What you'll do
- Triage and prioritize contract requests; review, draft, and help negotiate standard customer agreements, escalating complex terms to senior counsel.
- Partner with business stakeholders to structure deals, resolve routine contract questions, and support compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain contract records and data, contribute to templates and playbooks, and support Legal Operations tools and workflows, including AI-assisted contract review.

- 1–3 years of experience reviewing, drafting, or administering commercial contracts, in-house or at a law firm.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with common customer-agreement types such as NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and MSAs.
- Clear communication, careful documentation, sound judgment, and comfort with technology and AI tools.
