Senior Product Manager, Admin & Buyer Experience

What you'll do

• Own the admin-console roadmap, including provisioning, SSO, access controls, billing, and cross-product settings.
• Improve the buyer journey from trial and purchase through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and CS to address enterprise requirements and remove admin and buyer friction.

What they ask for

• 5+ years in product management, with experience building admin, billing, or account management products in B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements, including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience designing for multiple user types, including IT admins, end users, and procurement or finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build intuitive experiences for complex, multi-product systems.
