Own the security, administration, and buyer experience roadmap for Superhuman Docs enterprise customers, enabling organizations to deploy and manage the product at scale.
What you'll do
- Own the Docs admin console roadmap, covering provisioning, SSO, access control, billing, data governance, and AI controls.
- Improve the enterprise admin and buyer journey from trial and purchase through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
- Coordinate enterprise needs across product teams and partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success to remove deployment and buyer friction.
