What you'll do
- Set the roadmap for Mail’s admin and team-management features, including usage reporting and audit and access visibility.
- Improve enterprise onboarding, migration, and the buyer journey from evaluation through renewal.
- Partner with Sales, CS, and platform teams to prioritize enterprise needs and measure activation, retention, and adoption.
