What you'll do
- Design, execute, and scale programs across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate multiple programs and stakeholders, including cross-functional work with People, Legal, Finance, and others.
- Drive program adoption and enablement, and define metrics to assess program health and guide improvements.
