SEO & AEO Manager

What you'll do

• Research search demand, competitors, and growth opportunities; recommend and improve pages, content, metadata, internal links, and structured data.
• Partner with content, marketing, web, and engineering teams on SEO projects, including technical improvements and launches; track performance and recommend next steps.
• Measure and develop visibility in AI-driven search, including citations, brand mentions, sentiment, and business impact; report findings to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable organic growth.
• Strong foundation across on-page optimization, content strategy, technical SEO, and offsite authority.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics or similar tools, and SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or seoClarity.
• Ability to investigate opportunities, use data to guide decisions, execute cross-functionally, and clearly communicate recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2C and B2B or product-led growth SEO; large websites or multi-domain portfolios; international SEO; or site migrations.
• Experience with SEO experimentation, scalable content systems, AI-search tracking tools, technical skills such as HTML or SQL, or digital PR and link acquisition.

Pay

$129K – $170K USD base salary
