Leads a team developing and implementing system-level production test solutions for next-generation multi-die AI processors, from test design through manufacturing transfer and yield improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage engineers implementing SLT test solutions and define manufacturing tests with Silicon, Test, and DFT teams.
- Develop test systems, fixtures, and programs; balance coverage across ATE, board, blade, and in-field testing.
- Support bring-up, bench correlation, failure identification, and transfer of test solutions to offshore vendors.
