Leads development and deployment of system-level test solutions for AI processors, supporting silicon bring-up, characterization, yield learning, and manufacturing production.
What you'll do
- Lead SLT hardware and software development, including test boards, automation, diagnostics, and data analysis.
- Drive characterization, debug, failure analysis, test optimization, and production readiness with cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners.
- Own major technical workstreams, guide project execution, and mentor junior engineers.

- Experience in system-level test, production test, characterization, or post-silicon validation of complex semiconductor products.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fundamentals, power delivery, signal integrity, board design, and advanced packaging.
- Knowledge of DFT methodologies, including scan, JTAG, BIST, MBIST, boundary scan, and manufacturing test architectures.
