What you'll do
- Own employment compliance, policies, reporting, classifications, and high-risk employee matters as the company scales across states and countries.
- Lead benefits strategy and manage HRIS, payroll, and people platforms, including vendor selection and people data strategy.
- Develop the People and Talent teams and partner with leadership on compensation, headcount planning, organizational design, and people strategy.

$155,000 - $245,000 USD base salary
