Own organization-wide IT operations, including internal infrastructure, device fleets, customer-site support, and government enclave maintenance.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary IT escalation point and manage IT intake, access, onboarding/offboarding, and network requests.
- Provision and support PC fleets and troubleshoot production-impacting GPU driver, kernel, and customer-site IT issues; document repeatable fixes.
- Assist with government enclave compliance and DevOps-adjacent work, including CI runner uptime, VPN, DNS, and internal tooling.
