About the job
Automate and improve Gridmatic’s retail energy operations by building data workflows, audits, and integrations for billing, customer campaigns, and market processes.
What you'll do
- Automate dialer file production and delivery, bill validation, and audits with exception reporting and alerts.
- Build and maintain operational data workflows, including market transaction processing and EDI archiving.
- Translate operational needs into technical requirements and collaborate with engineers on systems, data models, and new market processes.
