Partners with Operations leaders on employee relations, frontline leadership, performance, and scalable people programs for a multi-state exempt and non-exempt workforce.
What you'll do
- Coach Supervisors and Managers on leadership, feedback, performance, and employee issues; lead employee relations matters and advise on policies and consistency.
- Build and run programs to improve performance, feedback, learning, and engagement across Operations.
- Use workforce data and planning to surface trends and shape Operations people priorities.
