Supports the Lives Covered product group’s Billing & Payments features with analytics, reporting, experimentation, and insights to improve product decisions and reduce billing friction.
What you'll do
- Partner with Product and technical stakeholders on analytical needs, launches, decisions, and ad hoc requests.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting; support experimentation and A/B testing with actionable analysis.
- Collaborate on data modeling, OKRs, data quality, and analysis of claims collection and billing friction.

- 5+ years of experience using analytics to solve business problems across product areas and teams.
- Strong SQL skills and intermediate understanding of experimental design, such as A/B experiments.
