About the job
Educates healthcare providers and office staff on reimbursement and coverage processes and coordinates resolution of access barriers for ViiV long-acting injectable therapies across the assigned region.
What you'll do
- Educate offices on payer policies, coverage, acquisition pathways, and independent navigation of post-prescription reimbursement challenges.
- Provide specialized guidance on complex access issues and identify, prioritize, and drive closure of implementation barriers.
- Develop strategic action plans and coordinate internal partners to support aligned customers.
