About the job
Provides operational and strategic HR business partnering for GSK’s Upper Merion manufacturing site and GSC Global Central Functions, supporting managers and employees across change, workforce planning, talent, employee relations and core HR processes.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and deliver organizational change, restructuring and consultation activity; support planning and impact assessments for larger programs.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance and conduct matters, and support talent, performance, reward and succession processes.
- Use workforce and organizational data to inform workforce planning, organization design, engagement actions and business decisions.
