What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end speaker program operations, including approvals, budgets, contracting, documentation, reconciliation, and performance monitoring.
- Plan and execute national and regional congress activities, including calendars, logistics, staffing, budgets, approvals, and post-event evaluations.
- Coordinate cross-functional and vendor relationships, provide training, manage risks and escalations, and support audits and transparency reporting.
