Principal (Senior Director), Commercial Enterprise AI Product Mgmt., Field Force Effectiveness

What you'll do

• Identify, size, prioritize, and maintain a portfolio of field force AI opportunities; make evidence-based investment and resource trade-offs.
• Translate business needs into scopes, prototypes, success metrics, and scaling plans in partnership with engineering and senior stakeholders.
• Build sponsorship and value-realization frameworks, and communicate deployment impact and lessons learned.

What they ask for

• 15 or more years of professional experience across some combination of pharma/life sciences, AI/ML product strategy, and product management or strategy roles in technology-led organizations.
• Experience taking at least one technology or AI initiative from problem framing through executive funding and into delivery.
• Prior responsibility with pharma field force operations, including rep coaching and enablement, omnichannel orchestration, or field analytics.
• Hands-on prototyping experience with modern AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, agentic systems, and digital workers, plus the ML lifecycle, data, and evaluation patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience in a forward deployed engineering, applied AI, or AI lab/COE role at a pharma, healthcare, or comparable regulated enterprise.
• Background in management consulting, value engineering, or corporate strategy with hands-on technology experience.

Pay

USD $195,525 to $325,875 annual base salary (Cambridge, MA; Waltham, MA; Rockville, MD; or San Francisco, CA); USD $177,750 to $296,250 annual base salary (another US location)
