Principal (Senior Director), Commercial Enterprise AI Product Mgmt. - Knowledge Foundation and Insights Acceleration

What you'll do

• Identify, size, rank, and manage AI opportunities and build evidence-based business cases and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into scoped engagements, prototypes, and decision frameworks with engineering teams; guide execution and scaling.
• Align senior sponsors and stakeholders, define value-realization measures, and communicate outcomes.

What they ask for

• 15 or more years of professional experience across some combination of pharma/life sciences, AI/ML product strategy, and product management or strategy roles in technology-led organizations.
• Track record taking at least one technology or AI initiative from problem framing through executive funding and into delivery.
• Hands-on work with pharma market-research and competitive-intelligence data foundations, and with knowledge graphs and conversational or agentic AI interfaces.
• Hands-on prototyping with modern AI/ML concepts, plus product-management or strategy experience and ability to influence as an individual contributor without direct reports.

Nice to have

• Experience in forward deployed engineering, applied AI, or an AI lab/COE at a pharma, healthcare, or comparable regulated enterprise.
• Consulting, value engineering, or corporate strategy background; experience with pharma regulatory and data-governance requirements or relevant data platforms.

Pay

USD $195,525 to $325,875 annual base salary
