Senior AI Product Manager – Government Pricing & Compliance

What you'll do

• Own the AI product roadmap, prioritizing capabilities and monitoring KPIs for accuracy, exceptions, cycle time, and compliance.
• Define technology strategy and integrations across government pricing systems, and establish AI and data governance for regulated use cases.
• Ensure submissions, restatements, audit trails, and controls support regulatory requirements; drive user training and adoption.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or Finance, and 8+ years of combined product management and technical experience, including delivery of AI/ML solutions using agentic frameworks, LLMs, or automated compliance workflows.
• Experience with US government pricing and rebate programs, including MDRP, Medicare ASP, 340B, and VA/FSS, and with SOX controls, internal audit, and audit readiness.
• Experience with enterprise government pricing or revenue management platforms and integrations; experience writing product specifications and using SQL and Python to analyze transactional sales and pricing data.
• Experience with agile delivery and stakeholder management, including backlog ownership, release planning, and translating regulatory and finance requirements into specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying agentic AI or LLM-powered tools in regulatory, compliance, or financial reporting contexts, including model risk governance.
• Prior forward deployment, AI implementation, or technical product experience at a pharma, biopharma, or enterprise AI company, including in a SOX or GP-controlled environment.
