Senior Manager, Product Management – Core CRM

What you'll do

• Set the CRM technology strategy and roadmap; manage platform lifecycle, modernization, and product investments.
• Lead CRM configuration, integrations, releases, testing, production support, and operational improvement.
• Partner with business and technology teams and vendors to deliver compliant capabilities, reliable data flows, and product adoption.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience managing enterprise CRM platforms such as Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience defining technology strategy, product roadmaps, platform architecture, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture, API-based integrations, customer master data, cloud platforms, and Agile Product Management; pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry experience.

Nice to have

• Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce technical certifications; experience with Veeva Vault Platform, Veeva Network, or other Veeva Commercial applications.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS products, cloud technologies, technology vendors, or strategic technology partnerships.
