Partners with Account Executives on strategic enterprise deals, leading technical discovery, demos, and security reviews while building reusable self-service demo capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and product demonstrations, showing retrieval accuracy, citations, permissions, and governance.
- Coordinate security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs with engineering, security, and product teams.
- Partner with Account Executives on complex deals and build an automated self-service demo environment and demo playbook.

- Strong live-demo and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of LLM and RAG concepts, agent deployments, and enterprise integration and identity.
- Comfort with automation, scripting, or AI tooling beyond basic demo setup; based in Philadelphia or remote within EST/CST and willing to travel.

$142,600-$193,000 USD base salary
