What you'll do
- Manage and develop Payment Operations Analysts; own team SLAs, escalation paths, on-call rotation, and reporting.
- Oversee day-to-day bank and payment partner operations, including issue triage, escalations, and operational reviews.
- Execute payment compliance operations and lead incident investigations, while partnering with Product and Engineering on operational needs.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in payment, banking, or treasury operations, including direct ownership of escalations, partner issues, or ticket queues.

- Experience managing operational bank or payment partner relationships, including escalations, issue triage, and partner reviews.

Pay
USD $126,000-$156,000 /yr base salary (Denver & most remote locations); USD $146,000-$191,000 /yr base salary (San Francisco, Seattle & New York)
