Own the payroll platform strategy and APIs that enable teams, partners, and AI agents to build reliable payroll experiences.
What you'll do
- Define the platform vision, roadmap, API contracts, shared interfaces, and boundaries with neighboring systems.
- Build a unified payroll API, lead migrations, and drive adoption using platform and customer-outcome metrics.
- Set controls, audit trails, and evaluations for safe AI-agent use; lead cross-functional delivery and prototype with AI.
