- Develop and deliver a multi-year recruiting transformation strategy, using lifecycle analysis, metrics, business cases, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Recruiting Operations and Candidate Experience, improving workflow accuracy, compliance, service delivery, and candidate satisfaction.
- Partner across Recruiting, People Tech, Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business leadership to implement scalable recruiting technology and operational improvements.
