Build and scale Gusto’s machine learning and AI platform, including infrastructure and automated workflows for developing, deploying, monitoring, and retraining models.
What you'll do
- Build MLOps platform components and automated pipelines for model development, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and retraining.
- Develop and maintain ML development, deployment, and service infrastructure; establish CI/CD and automated testing patterns.
- Partner with ML/AI engineers and application owners to define business requirements and service-level agreements.
