Owns scalable models and planning infrastructure for sales segmentation, books of business, quotas, and headcount capacity across Direct, Expansion, and Benefits sales teams.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain segmentation, account assignments, balanced books, and quota models across sales teams.
- Plan headcount and capacity, including hiring plans and scenario analysis; monitor staffing and productivity against opportunity.
- Partner with sales leaders, GTM Operations, Finance, and Sales Compensation, and document and communicate planning decisions.

$100,000 - $120,000/yr USD (cash compensation) in Scottsdale; $105,000 - $130,000/yr USD (cash compensation) in Denver and Atlanta; $130,000 - $155,000/yr USD (cash compensation) in San Francisco and New York; $120,000 - $145,000 CAD/yr (cash compensation) for Toronto
