Architects and delivers native iOS and Android features for Gusto’s personal finance products, providing technical leadership from design through release and scaling.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy native mobile features across iOS and Android, and guide architecture and technical standards.
- Lead product development from concept to launch, emphasizing performance, security, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate across teams, improve mobile infrastructure and release pipelines, mentor engineers, and apply AI tools to development workflows.

Pay
$163,000–$204,000 USD base salary (Denver & most remote locations); $197,000–$247,000 USD base salary (San Francisco & New York)
