Leads end-to-end recruiting for design roles and flexes into Product Management, Data, and other technical searches, using sourcing, talent-market advice, and AI-enabled practices.
What you'll do
- Own specialized recruiting from search strategy through offer acceptance and post-hire review; build pipelines and advise hiring leaders with market data and recommendations.
- Partner with People teams and business stakeholders, and provide candidates with a responsive, high-touch experience.
- Develop AI-enabled recruiting approaches and build the San Francisco design community through local events and relationships.
