Build and own shared AI platform systems and core services that enable Gusto product teams to deliver reliable AI-powered products.
What you'll do
- Deliver and maintain production AI agent platforms, evaluation frameworks, regression gates, and observability.
- Design and build core platform services and internal APIs; own their performance and scalability.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate across product, data, and design teams to prototype and launch solutions.
