Build and improve customer-facing experiences that help small businesses discover, adopt, and retain Gusto products, using experiments and full-stack engineering.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and test customer experiences such as recommendations, campaigns, booking flows, and plan upgrades.
- Build backend APIs and data models; run experiments and iterate based on customer and business results.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, design, data, and platform teams.
