Resolves customers’ payroll tax notices by investigating discrepancies, coordinating with tax agencies and internal teams, and providing clear customer support.
What you'll do
- Research and resolve payroll tax notices, document cases, and keep customers informed.
- Communicate with government agencies and advocate for customers under supervision.
- Manage a daily notice queue, collaborate with partner teams, and use AI tools in workplace applications.
