Own technical implementation of GydeOS at newly acquired insurance agencies, integrating systems and data, configuring workflows and AI agent Gia, and training users through go-live and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end platform setup, CRM integration, data migration, and commissions and contracting configuration for each agency.
- Train agency brokers and staff, troubleshoot support requests, and drive adoption of GydeOS features.
- Build reporting and repeatable implementation playbooks, escalating product gaps and sharing patterns with internal teams.
