What you'll do
- Own agency onboarding, cutovers, hypercare, and day-to-day IT support, turning recurring work into repeatable automation.
- Manage endpoint provisioning and lifecycle, MDM policies, and account lifecycle across identity and productivity platforms.
- Enforce security baselines, support user security practices, and communicate during rollouts and incidents.
