Leads post-acquisition integration, growth, retention, and performance for a portfolio of health insurance agency partners, coordinating internal teams and driving adoption of Gyde’s platform.
What you'll do
- Own partner relationships and performance for 3–5 agencies, including integration and early growth.
- Develop and execute agency-specific growth plans; coordinate integration workstreams across systems, compliance, finance, HR, and go-to-market.
- Monitor business and platform-adoption metrics, lead improvement projects, and share partner insights to develop scalable playbooks.
