Works with customers to identify high-impact tasks for automation, deploy and integrate AI agents, and relay field insights to inform H Company’s platform.
What you'll do
- Analyze customer data to identify important multi-step tasks to automate; serve as the customer’s main point of contact.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate solutions and coordinate customer training.
- Build and deliver demos, present results to strategic audiences, and share field learnings to shape the platform.
