What you'll do
- Manage the internal knowledge base, including its roadmap, content standards, lifecycle, and source of truth.
- Lead internal announcements, change communications, tool enablement, and channel strategy with company leaders and content owners.
- Use metrics and AI tools to improve content quality, search, freshness, adoption, and maintenance workflows.
