About the job
Provides hands-on IT operations and support at Hadrian’s Cherokee, Alabama manufacturing facility, including site infrastructure, employee onboarding, construction buildout, security, and local vendors.
What you'll do
- Own on-site IT support, endpoint lifecycle, ticket resolution, and local network and infrastructure health.
- Support facility IT construction, hardware deployment, and employee onboarding and offboarding; build and lead a local IT team as the site grows.
- Enforce security policies, support CMMC Level 2 compliance, and manage local vendors, contracts, and asset inventory.

- Strong networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewall administration, and Wi-Fi.
- Endpoint management experience with Intune, Mosyle, or FleetDM.
- Familiarity with Okta for identity and access management.
- Experience owning employee IT onboarding end to end.
