About the job
Owns the standards, deployment, commissioning, migration, and administration of physical security systems across Hadrian’s expanding facilities.
What you'll do
- Deliver and commission security systems for new facilities, coordinating with architects, contractors, and integrators.
- Set site security system standards and oversee vendors across multiple builds.
- Migrate sites to enterprise access control and video platforms; administer and integrate related security systems.

- 7+ years designing, deploying, or managing enterprise physical security systems, including access control and video management.
- Hands-on experience deploying and administering Lenel in an enterprise, multi-site environment.
- Construction project experience, including reading drawings and working with architects, general contractors, and integrators.
- Experience writing system standards, specifications, and commissioning procedures.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-site access control platform migration, PSIM platforms, or perimeter detection systems.
- Aerospace, defense, or manufacturing site experience, including export-controlled areas; PSP certification.
