About the job
Build Halluminate’s finance expert network by sourcing, attracting, vetting, and activating specialists, while improving the recruiting funnel and supporting retention and growth.
What you'll do
- Own the expert pipeline from sourcing and qualification through activation, and partner with the People Platform team on retention.
- Test outbound and inbound acquisition channels, create marketing and community initiatives, and plan sourcing with project teams.
- Develop incentives, referral programs, and tools to scale sourcing and growth.

Pay
USD 150k - 200k base salary; 0.15 - .3% equity; USD 150K – 200K base salary; 0.15% – 0.3% equity
