About the job
Leads the development and delivery of finance-focused AI training gyms, including their roadmap, operational systems, data quality, and training materials.
What you'll do
- Define the training-gym roadmap and build systems and processes to support delivery and revenue.
- Own delivery and quality criteria for customer data and environments; recruit and train contractor finance staff.
- Create AI training materials and partner with engineering and research teams to implement and deliver gyms.
