About the job
Manages day-to-day client relationships for frontier AI lab accounts, translating client needs into delivery requirements, monitoring account health, and supporting account growth.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of frontier AI lab accounts and coordinate client needs.
- Translate client requests into requirements, track delivery and account health, and flag risks or tradeoffs.
- Support expansion conversations with Sales and the VP, Engagement Management.
What they ask for
- 5+ years in customer-facing, high-ownership roles such as engagement management, customer success, consulting, or strategy and operations.
- Meaningful experience at a top-tier consulting firm or another elite, fast-paced customer-facing environment, including experience gained post-MBA or equivalent graduate program.
- Currently in an external, customer-facing role or held one within the last two years.
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI and ability to manage multiple workstreams or accounts with strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Technical or STEM background alongside consulting or strategy experience.
- Prior experience in AI, data, frontier model development, enterprise account management, or complex multi-stakeholder delivery.
