Oversee day-to-day operations, workforce management, security compliance, and employee wellbeing for Handshake’s Seattle AI Trust & Safety site.
What you'll do
- Manage 3–4 Area Managers and oversee an initial workforce of approximately 200 employees, including hiring and leadership development.
- Maintain site security, compliance, operational readiness, and consistent workplace standards.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and cross-functional teams on employee relations, operational metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
