About the job
Leads end-to-end product design for Handshake AI’s tasking platform, partnering across teams and with operators to shape and improve the workflows used to develop frontier AI models.
What you'll do
- Develop product vision and sequence it into pragmatic phases with partners.
- Research operator workflows through pilots and user shadowing, then translate insights into prioritized design investments.
- Own design from concept through production, including research, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; mentor and raise design quality.
