Own top-of-funnel sourcing and screening for the Handshake AI Fellowship, partnering with the Growth team to build and manage candidate pipelines.
What you'll do
- Source and engage candidates, especially those with technical and STEM backgrounds, using outreach, Boolean search, research, and market mapping.
- Conduct initial screens and hand candidates off to project teams.
- Report recruiting metrics and use market insights to improve sourcing strategies.
