The IT Engineer manages HappyRobot’s internal identity, devices, access, employee onboarding, support, and IT automation.
What you'll do
- Administer identity, SaaS access, workspace tools, and device management.
- Prepare equipment and access for new hires, handle IT tickets and access requests, and support users against SLAs.
- Automate repetitive IT tasks, troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, and DNS, and maintain runbooks and communications.
