Leads the design, selection, installation, commissioning, and improvement of battery manufacturing equipment and production lines from concept through high-volume production.
What you'll do
- Set equipment strategy and manage the full equipment lifecycle, including vendor selection, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up.
- Plan and install battery manufacturing lines, including facility layouts, utilities, and equipment integration.
- Improve equipment safety, uptime, yield, and cycle time; collaborate across teams and mentor engineers.
