Leads the design, launch, and improvement of General Assembly manufacturing equipment and automation, from planning through high-volume production.
What you'll do
- Set equipment strategy and manage equipment projects through specification, supplier selection, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up.
- Plan and install General Assembly lines and ensure equipment integration with facilities and vehicle design.
- Improve equipment performance and production outcomes while coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
